Ben
As a young child, Ben was an adventurous eater, always trying new things and eating foods beyond his years. Growing up, he did not loose his bold eating choices, instead, they led him to several part time jobs that nurtured his love for food. Ben spent several years working as a cook in a couple different restaurants. The skills that he learned from these fine establishments formed his own ideas on how to successfully create a meal.

Melissa
Food has been a large part of Melissa's life growing up. Some of her fondest memories involve big home cooked meals and extended family gathered around the table. The unity that food creates among people is why Melissa loves cooking so much. Seeing close friends and family interact and bond over an instinctual need to nourish the body brings her joy. The time spent between courses allows the dinner guests to divulge stories, create new memories, and appreciate the simple things in life.
